Teaching Process

How real, lasting improvement actually happens.

No fads, no quick fixes. A clear system that takes you from where you are to where you want to play.

How lessons work

Warm up. Diagnose. Work. Plan.

Each session has a rhythm: a quick warm-up, a focused diagnosis using video and launch data, the actual coaching work, and a clear plan for what to practice before we meet again.

What to expect

Clear language, calm pace, real feedback.

No jargon. No information overload. You'll leave knowing what we worked on, why it matters, and exactly how to keep improving on your own.

My coaching system

Measure → Adjust → Repeat.

A simple, evidence-based loop. We measure where you are, make one meaningful adjustment at a time, and prove it's working before moving on.

The four steps

From your first swing to your best score.

01

Initial evaluation

We start with a baseline — swing video, launch monitor data, short game touch, and a conversation about your goals.

02

Personalized improvement plan

I build a written plan around your specific patterns, body, and schedule. No cookie-cutter drills.

03

Practice drills

Every session ends with 2–3 targeted drills you can actually do. Quality reps beat random buckets every time.

04

Progress tracking

We re-measure regularly so improvement is visible — not a feeling, a number.

Tools we use

Modern tools.
Timeless fundamentals.

Technology only matters when it makes you a better player. Here's what we use, and only when it helps.

Video replay

Side-by-side comparisons so you can see exactly what's changing.

Launch monitor data

Carry, spin, face angle, path — facts, not guesses.

Practice plans

Written plans you can run on your own at the range.

At-home drills

5–10 minute drills you can do indoors between sessions.
